1. Order Cancellation Window

We understand that plans may change. You may request a cancellation under the following condition:

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched from our facility
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

  • You can cancel your order directly from your account dashboard before dispatch, if the option is available
  • Alternatively, you may contact our support team for assistance

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it enters the shipping process and cannot be modified or canceled. As our products are carefully packed and shipped through trusted logistics partners, we are unable to recall shipments in transit.

  • Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation
  • In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if applicable

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

  • Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted

  • A full refund will be issued
